Olivieri Ciapetti & Partners rose from the partnership of former law firms Olivieri, founded in Florence by Francesco Olivieri and Ciapetti, founded in Modena by Emilio Ciapetti. At present, the head offices in Italy are still in Florence, Modena and an office in Milan.
Furthermore, foreign offices are positioned in Brussels, in collaboration with the law firm Lexlitis-Broder Szerer Silber, and in Luxembourg with the law firm Weber Stein Thiel Knaff.
Olivieri Ciapetti & Partners collaborate on a daily basis with Broder & Szerer in Brussels and also in Liege and Antwerpen, and with Urservice in Kiev, Wyselead in Shanghai, Kraft & Winternitz in Vienna. Furthermore, the firm works alongside leading law firms in France, United Kingdom, Germany, Russia, Spain, United States and China.
The firm is also representative of the Italo-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and of the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
The firm’s activity deals exclusively in International Law in commercial and tax matters, and same is carried out indifferently for both Italian and foreign clients, in various spoken foreign languages, even with the assistance of foreign lawyers/jurists presently in Italy.
