Olivieri Ciapetti & Partners was born from the fusion of two previously independent law firms: Olivieri, founded in Florence by Francesco Olivieri; Ciapetti, founded in Modena by Emilio Ciapetti. At present, the llaw firm continues to preserve its two head-offices of Florence and Modena, in addiction to the subsequently established branch in Milan and Rome.
Today, foreign the firm operates internationally throughs its fireign offices in Brussels, in collaboration with the law firm Lexlitis-Broder Szerer Silber, as well as Luxembourg, Liege and Antwerp. Moreover, Olivieri Ciapetti & Partners collaborate with Urservice in Kiev, Wyselead in Shanghai and Kraft & Winternitz in Vienna. The firm also works alongside alongside other leading law firms in France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Russia, Spain, United States and China.
Olivieri Ciapetti & Partners figures also as a representative of the Italo-Chinese Chamber of Commerce as well as the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
Our firm deals exclusively in International Law; focusing, in particular, in commercial and tax matters. These activities are carried out indifferently for both Italian and foreign clients, in various spoken languages, even with the assistance of foreign lawyers/jurists presently in Italy.
