Since 1992 Italy has recognised the possibility to use the Trust in Italy but, to date, an applicable national law does not exist. This means that to exploit the several advantages given by the use of Trust, it must be selected a foreign governing law. We are in a position to understand which law should be selected and what the Settlor might decide by under that law.
